About

Emily is a politics and international studies student at the University of Melbourne, with academic interests in environmental justice, human rights, and global governance. Outside of CEDRR, she is a social impact consultant with experience working alongside migrant employment and Indigenous health initiatives. In the past, she has volunteered as a tutor for rural Victorian students and advocated for the rights of migrant labourers in the Gulf. She hopes to complete a postgraduate degree researching the consequences of ecologically unequal exchange in East Asia and investigating the ways environmental injustices can be redressed.
